About Me

Hi, I'm James Brooks. Over the past two decades, I have provided administrative support across various sectors including retail, healthcare and small business. I have managed teams and worked in busy environments as well as quiet. My work has helped to keep businesses not just ticking along, but helped to grow them and let them flourish and succeed.

Having a young family, I decided to take the plunge of starting my own businesses where I can use the skills I have acquired over the years but do it in an environment where I can see my family more and have the flexibility to watch their swimming classes, dance classes and other activities.

Regardless of the fact I enjoy this flexibility, this is not to say you aren't getting an incredibly hard working and hungry individual. I have always and will always work hard in anything I do.

Based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, I work mainly remotely from my office or locally on-site, depending on my clients' needs. I'm incredibly approachable with great communication skills. So whether you require emails sending, phone calls making, web content creating or anything in between, you can rely on me to get the job done to a high standard.
